We are a travel consulting and content platform offering premium DIY travel blueprints, digital guides, and Custom "Done-For-You" Travel Planning services. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Digital Products & Guides

All sales of digital downloads, DIY blueprints, and exact itineraries are final and non-refundable. Delivery is deemed to be completed as soon as the payment is successfully processed and access is granted to the content. Due to the immediate nature of digital content, we follow a strict no cancellation and no refund policy for these products.

Custom Travel Planning (Done-For-You Service)

Our custom planning service requires significant time, research, and bespoke design on our end.

  • Initial Consultation/Deposit: Any initial deposit or fee paid to begin the consultation and blueprinting process is non-refundable, as it secures our time and limits our availability to other clients.

  • Final Delivery: Once your bespoke day-by-day itinerary and booking links have been delivered to you, the service is considered fully rendered. No refunds will be issued after delivery.

  • Your purchase includes one (1) round of complimentary revisions. Revision requests must be submitted within 72 hours of receiving your digital itinerary via the official revision link provided. Once this 72-hour window expires, or the revision has been fulfilled, the service is considered completely finalized.

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including:

  • Accidental purchases

  • Lack of usage or dissatisfaction

  • Incompatibility with personal devices or systems

  • Changes in your personal travel plans, flight cancellations, or visa rejections

Payment Failures or Duplicate Charges

In the event of a payment failure or duplicate transaction, please write to us at trishaandnikhil@gmail.com with:

  • Transaction ID

  • Date of transaction

  • Payment method used

We will investigate and initiate refunds for genuine duplicate charges or failed transactions within 7-10 working days, if applicable.
